Due to the uncertainty resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2021 Annual General meeting will take place virtually. To register for the meeting please email info@aamac.ca. Login details will be emailed closer to the date of the meeting.

What the meeting is about
The annual meeting of members of the Aplastic Anemia & Myelodysplasia Association of Canada (AAMAC) will cover four items of business:

  1. Receiving the financial statements of AAMAC for the year ended June 30, 2021, together with the report of the auditors and treasurer;
  2. Appointing the auditors of AAMAC;
  3. Electing the Board of Directors of AAMAC;
  4. Annual AAMAC report/update.

You have the right to vote:

You are entitled to receive notice of and vote at the Meeting if you are a member of AAMAC at the close of business on Friday, October 8, 2021.

In accordance with AAMAC’s by-laws, there is no proxy voting at the annual meeting.
