What the meeting is about
The annual meeting of members of the Aplastic Anemia & Myelodysplasia Association of Canada (AAMAC) will cover four items of business:
- Receiving the financial statements of AAMAC for the year ended June 30, 2020, together with the report of the auditors and treasurer;
- Appointing the auditors of AAMAC;
- Electing the Board of Directors of AAMAC;
- Annual AAMAC report/update.
You have the right to vote:
You are entitled to receive notice of and vote at the Meeting if you are a member of AAMAC at the close of business on Friday, October 2nd, 2020.
In accordance with AAMAC’s by-laws, there is no proxy voting at the annual meeting.
